Meet Our Team

We have an excellent team of dedicated and qualified care assistants led by our manager Glenys Hughes and assisted by deputy manager Kirsty Fallows and office manager Mark Hughes. 

Most of our staff have reached a minimum of NVQ Level 2 standard, alongside more specialised additional training. 

We believe that investing in our staff achieves the best service and support for our residents.

 

Our team of experienced and caring staff help residents to create an individualised care plan in order to manage day-to-day care needs.

In addition to the care assistants, Glenbank has housekeepers, cooks and a handyman.

Our housekeepers clean residents’ bedrooms professionally and with the minimum of disruption and at a time to suit residents.

Our cooks provide healthy and delicious meals, including any special dietary requirements, while our handyman helps personalise each resident’s bedroom making it feel like home.
